Order Processing

All orders are processed upon receipt of payment and, where applicable, upon final approval of customisation details. Processing times vary depending on the nature, size, and complexity of the order. Standard orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Customised and bulk corporate orders may require extended processing periods. Specific delivery timelines for such orders will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timeframes are contingent on the destination, order size, and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (India): 2–4 business days from dispatch
  • Non-Metro and Regional Locations (India): 4–7 business days from dispatch
  • Customized or Bulk Orders: Estimated delivery schedule will be provided at the time of order confirmation

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, volume, destination, and delivery urgency of the order. Final shipping costs for standard, bulk, and customised orders will be communicated within the official quotation or invoice, prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch, clients will receive an official notification containing shipment details and tracking information (where applicable). For large-scale or priority corporate orders, our team will provide direct coordination and status updates to ensure timely and seamless delivery.

Delivery Concerns & Issues

Clients are advised to inspect all deliveries upon receipt. In the event of discrepancies, damages, or delivery delays, kindly notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
